Job Description:

  • The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and HR policy implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification – CIPM, PHR/SPHR) Is an advantage
  • 6 years proven experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
