Job Description:

• We are hiring an HR/Compliance Officer to manage people operations, regulatory compliance, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment, onboarding & staff documentation
• HR policy development & compliance monitoring
• Regulatory filings and internal audits
• Staff performance management
• Liaison with regulatory bodies when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Law, Business Administration or related field
• Experience: 4+ years
• Proven HR & compliance experience
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws.
