Job Description:
IV Medics Clinic is seeking two (2) proactive and organized HR Staff members to join our clinical administrative team in Bodija, Ibadan. In a healthcare environment, HR is the backbone of patient care, ensuring that the right medical and support staff are recruited, compliant, and motivated to save lives. This role is designed for "Administrative Generalists" who can manage the high-stakes documentation required for a medical clinic while fostering a supportive workplace culture.
Your mission is to maintain the pulse of our human capital. You will be responsible for the entire HR lifecycle: from assisting with medical staff recruitment and managing personnel files to ensuring payroll accuracy and adherence to healthcare labor standards. If you possess a BSc/HND and live within the Bodija/Ibadan North vicinity, we want you to help us deliver excellence in healthcare.
Requirements:
1. Clinical Recruitment & Onboarding
Talent Sourcing: Assist in the recruitment of medical and non-medical staff, ensuring all candidates meet the clinic’s high professional standards.
Credentialing Support: Help verify the licenses and certifications of clinical staff to ensure full compliance with health regulatory bodies.
Orientation: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they understand the clinic’s values, safety protocols, and operational workflows.
2. Personnel Records & Compliance
Documentation Management: Maintain meticulous and confidential personnel files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and audit-ready.
Attendance & Leave: Monitor staff attendance, shift schedules, and leave requests to ensure the clinic is always adequately staffed.
Policy Enforcement: Communicate and enforce clinic policies, ensuring all staff members adhere to the established code of conduct.
3. Employee Relations & Payroll Support
Staff Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving basic grievances and promoting a positive work environment.
Payroll Coordination: Collate monthly attendance and performance data to support the finance team in accurate payroll processing.
Performance Tracking: Assist in organizing periodic performance appraisals for staff development.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of a BSc or HND qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Location Priority: Mandatory requirement to reside in or very close to the Bodija, Ibadan area for operational efficiency.
Skills: Strong organizational abilities, discretion in handling sensitive data, and proficiency in basic office software (MS Word/Excel).
