Job Description:

• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in line with company standards.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for factory staff.
• Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and health & safety regulations.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports using HRIS and biometric systems (Virdi experience required).
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate staff welfare programs and engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and biometric attendance systems (experience with Virdi is mandatory).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for HR reporting.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to implement HR automation tools for efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of HR experience in a factory or manufacturing plant environment.
• Certification in HR (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels.
