Job Description:

• This Role ensures the efficient running of the company’s administrative, human resources, facilities, financial, and inventory management functions.
• This multi-disciplinary role also serves as the primary liaison with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies for compliance, tax, and statutory reporting.
• The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of office and operational management within a garment manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Nigerian tax laws, labor regulations, and corporate compliance.
• Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and HR systems.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting abilities.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in office, operations, or administrative management (preferably in a manufacturing setting).
