Job Description:

• The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality of finished garments, establishing and enforcing quality assurance processes across the factory, and ensuring production teams possess and maintain the necessary skills to meet quality standards.
• The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of garment construction, and a hands-on approach to quality improvement across all production stages.
• The QAM will be required to build a quality-driven culture across a small but fast-paced production facility, implement practical quality control systems, train production staff, and ensure that finished goods meet client specifications.
• In addition to monitoring quality on the sewing floor, the role includes setting up simple but effective processes and improving operator skills.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of garment construction and quality standards.
• Experience working in small to mid-scale operations.

Performance Indicators:

• Reduction in defect/rejection rates.
• Improved first-pass quality.
• Compliance with client quality standards and audit results
• Operator skill development and error reduction
• Adherence to SOPs and timely resolution of quality related issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Garment Technology, Fashion Production, or related.
• 3–5 years’ experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 1 year in QA.

• Ability to design and enforce process-based quality systems
