Job Description:

  • Execute daily HR operations and maintain proper staff documentation.
  • Promote workplace culture, diversity, inclusivity, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process across different vacant roles.
  • Manage site-based employees and handle construction site HR-related issues.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Manage payroll efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee databases and records (remuneration, leave, insurance, etc.).
  • Uphold and promote the company’s mission, vision, and values through communication, training, and leadership.
  • Compute and administer staff terminal benefits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Sciences, or any related field.
  • A master’s degree in HR is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience in a reputable organisation.
  • Mandatory experience in the construction industry and site management.
  • HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, etc.) is required.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
