Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Hospitality Marketing Manager to lead the brand positioning and growth strategies for our company. This role is designed for a creative professional who can bridge the gap between traditional hospitality service and modern digital engagement. You will be responsible for driving guest acquisition, managing our online reputation, and developing integrated marketing campaigns that translate into increased bookings and brand loyalty.

Requirements:
Digital & Social Media Strategy
Social Media Management: Lead the strategy and execution for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), creating engaging content that showcases our hospitality offerings.
Content Creation: Develop high-quality visual and written content, including photography, videos, and copywriting, to tell our brand story.
Digital Advertising: Manage paid social media campaigns and search engine marketing (SEM) to drive direct bookings and lead generation.
Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews (TripAdvisor, Google, Booking.com), ensuring a professional and hospitable brand voice at all times.
Strategic Marketing & Sales
Campaign Development: Plan and execute seasonal promotions, event-based marketing, and corporate partnership programs.
Market Analysis: Monitor hospitality trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for market share growth.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all physical and digital touchpoints.
Operational Administration
Technical Proficiency: Utilize advanced computer skills to manage CRM databases, email marketing tools, and internal reporting systems.
Performance Reporting: Track and analyze marketing KPIs, providing data-driven insights to management on campaign ROI and guest demographics.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front office and food & beverage teams to ensure marketing promises align with the actual guest experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
Social Media Proficiency: Proven expertise in managing professional brand accounts and using social media analytics tools.
