Job Description:

Shally Essence Perfumery is seeking energetic and highly motivated Field Marketing Executives to spearhead the direct sales of our premium multipurpose liquid soap. This is a high-visibility role designed for "street-smart" marketers who excel at face-to-face engagement. You will be responsible for taking our products directly to where the customers are estates, corporate offices, and busy marketplaces to drive awareness and close sales.

The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of the Lekki axis and possesses the confidence to demonstrate product value in real-time, converting passersby into loyal brand advocates.

Requirements:

Direct Sales & Promotion

• Active Field Marketing: Conduct face-to-face marketing drives across designated locations, including residential estates, office complexes, and local marketplaces.

• Product Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate the usage and multipurpose benefits of Shally Essence liquid soap to potential customers to prove quality and efficiency.

• Revenue Generation: Take full ownership of your assigned territory to achieve sales goals and contribute to the brand's overall revenue growth.

Relationship & Brand Management

• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong rapport with customers, ensuring a positive first impression and encouraging repeat purchases.

• Brand Representation: Act as the face of Shally Essence, maintaining a professional appearance and a confident, helpful demeanor at all times.

• Market Intelligence: Collect and provide valuable market feedback and customer insights to the management team to help refine our sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum qualification of SSCE.

• Experience:

  • Proven experience in field marketing or direct sales.

  • A track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.

• Geography: Excellent knowledge of Lekki and its surrounding areas is essential for effective territory mapping.

• Core Competencies:

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage strangers confidently and persuasively.

  • Personality: Energetic, result-driven, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.

  • Resilience: Ability to maintain high energy levels while working outdoors and meeting daily sales quotas.
