Job Description:
- The Client Service Executive will manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- The role requires strong experience in account management within a service-driven or agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Translate client briefs into actionable tasks
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling and account growth
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in client servicing or account management
- Experience in a communications, media, or advertising agency is highly preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Salary
