Job Description:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines on all project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead safety training and awareness programs for staff and contractors.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation of HSE activities and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to improve safety performance.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a safety role especially in construction / real estate companies.
• HSE certification ( HSE level 1,2,3 or its equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
