Job Description:

• Implement and monitor the company’s HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits practices
• Equipment inspection , hazard identification and mitigation measure
• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the continuous improvement of safety culture and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
• Issue permit to work to contractors and monitoring of high risk operations
• Provide first aid attention when required.
• Develop Standard operating procedure where required to prevent unexpected occurrence.
• Review of risk assessment & method statement and provide HSE support on project execution within the factory.
• Facilitate HSE training, inductions, and toolbox talks for staffs and visitors.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation, reports, and records in line with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor environmental impact and waste management practices in the factory and measures of reduction .
• Conduct Emergency response planning and drills.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years work experience.
