Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer & Video Editor to produce engaging visual content across our digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for translating brand concepts into high-impact graphics and short-form video content. This is an excellent opportunity for a visual storyteller who balances artistic flair with the technical discipline needed to meet tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for modern aesthetics and is comfortable working across both static design and video editing suites to create a cohesive brand presence.

Requirements:

Graphic Design & Branding

• Visual Creation: Design high-quality graphics for social media, promotional flyers, digital banners, and other marketing materials.

• Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual content is consistent with our brand identity and aesthetic standards.

• Asset Management: Maintain organized design files and media libraries for easy retrieval and future use.

Video Production & Motion

• Digital Storytelling: Edit and produce engaging short-form videos and reels optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Post-Production: Apply basic motion graphics, transitions, and audio synchronization to enhance video quality.

• Trend Adaptation: Stay updated with current design and social media trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Collaboration & Execution

• Creative Brainstorming: Work closely with the team to develop innovative content ideas and campaign concepts.

• Project Delivery: Manage multiple design and video tasks simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of OND / NCE qualification.

• Experience: Entry-level candidates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

• Technical Skills:

  • Graphic Design: Proficiency in Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or Canva.

  • Video Editing: Hands-on experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.

  • Motion Graphics: Basic knowledge of motion effects and transitions.

• Core Competencies:

  • Creative Thinking: Ability to generate original visual concepts.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to layout, typography, and video timing.

  • Reliability: Strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Locational Requirement: Must be able to work on-site in Idimu, Lagos.
