Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Social Media Management Intern currently serving in the NYSC program to join our digital team. This role is perfect for a creative storyteller who is eager to dive deep into social media analytics and lead generation. You will be responsible for executing our content calendar, engaging with our digital community, and staying ahead of the ever-changing social media algorithms.

The ideal candidate is a proactive learner who understands that digital marketing is a blend of creative content and data-driven strategy.

Requirements:

Content Scheduling & Lead Generation

• Active Posting: Schedule and publish engaging content across our primary social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X).

• Lead Acquisition: Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive meaningful engagement through social interactions.

• Brainstorming: Actively participate in creative sessions to develop fresh, viral, and brand-aligned content ideas.

Analytics & Strategy Optimization

• Data Analysis: Analyze platform insights and metrics to evaluate content performance and audience behavior.

• Trend Adaptation: Identify emerging digital trends and adapt our content strategy based on data-driven insights.

• Algorithm Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media algorithms and platform best practices to maximize reach and visibility.

Community Management

• Engagement: Foster a positive community environment by responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner.

• Brand Advocacy: Act as a digital ambassador for the firm, ensuring all interactions reflect our professional standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Status: Currently serving NYSC member looking for a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA).

• Technical Skills:

  • Platform Literacy: Strong understanding of the functionalities of Facebook, Instagram, and X.

  • Analytics: Ability to interpret basic social media insights and engagement metrics.

• Core Competencies:

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation and community management.
