Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and amplify our brand voice across all social platforms. You will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of our social media accounts from high-level strategy and original content creation (text, photo, and video) to community management and performance analytics.
The ideal candidate is a digital storyteller who understands how to align creative output with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive brand image that drives engagement, traffic, and measurable ROI.
Requirements:
Strategy & Research
Market Analysis: Perform ongoing research on industry benchmarks, current trends, and audience preferences to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Strategic Planning: Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our core business goals and marketing objectives.
Goal Setting: Establish specific performance objectives and provide detailed reports on ROI and community growth.
Content Creation & Distribution
Multimedia Production: Generate, edit, publish, and share daily engaging content, including original text, high-quality photography, and short-form video.
Brand Aesthetics: Oversee the visual design of all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook covers, profile imagery, and layout) to ensure brand consistency.
Innovation: Suggest and implement interactive features like promotions, competitions, and live events to build brand awareness.
Engagement & Optimization
Community Management: Actively communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure a unified voice and seamless customer journey.
Technical Growth: Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics; stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, design tools, and social media applications to optimize reach.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: * Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
Hands-on experience in content management and community building.
Creative Skills:
Copywriting: Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with a focus on engagement.
Content Delivery: Demonstrated ability to produce creative content across text, image, and video formats.
Technical Proficiency:
Digital Tools: Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
Web Savvy: Familiarity with web design principles and online marketing channels.
Software: Proficiency with modern design tools and social media scheduling platforms.
