Job Description:

• Kairos Creative Hub is a leading creative branding company located in Abuja, seeking a talented designer who can also manage our daily operations.
• In this dual role, you will create eye-catching designs for our clients while ensuring a seamless workflow and timely project execution behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Design graphics for social media, print materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns that resonate with our clients' branding needs.
• Creative Solutions: Deliver innovative design solutions that meet client briefs and highlight our expertise in branding.
• Consistency & Quality: Maintain design consistency and quality across all client projects to uphold our brand standards.
• Operations Oversight: Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless workflow and timely execution of projects.
• Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
• Operations Support: Provide operational support as needed to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in operations or project coordination is preferred but not required.
• Attention to Detail: A good eye for design and strong attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken communication skills are essential.
• Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Availability: Must be available to start immediately.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Qualifications: Minimum qualification of OND / HND / Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Design Skills: Basic to intermediate skills in design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or CorelDRAW.
