Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary Mobile Front-End UI/UX Designer to define the visual and functional soul of our mobile ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for more than just "making apps look good"—you will be the advocate for the user, architecting seamless journeys and intuitive interfaces that feel native to both Android and iOS. You will bridge the gap between abstract product requirements and pixel-perfect execution, working hand-in-hand with developers to ensure your designs are as high-performing as they are beautiful. Requirements:

1. User-Centered Architecture & Prototyping

• Conceptual Mapping: Translate complex product requirements into clear user flows, information architectures, and wireframes that prioritize ease of use.

• Interactive Prototyping: Build high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate transitions, gestures, and micro-interactions, providing a "living" blueprint for the development team.

• Evidence-Based Design: Conduct UX research and usability testing to validate assumptions and iterate based on real-world user data and analytics.

2. Platform-Specific Design & Systems

• Native Excellence: Apply a deep understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design to ensure apps feel familiar and intuitive on their respective platforms.

• Mobile Design Systems: Maintain and evolve a robust library of UI components, ensuring absolute consistency in typography, color theory, and interaction patterns.

• Performance & Accessibility: Optimize designs for varying screen densities, ensuring accessibility (WCAG) and responsiveness across the full spectrum of mobile hardware.

3. Development Collaboration & Quality Assurance

• Pixel-Perfect Handoff: Work closely with mobile developers to ensure that the final production app is a true reflection of the design intent.

• Iterative Refinement: Continuously improve the interface based on technical constraints, user feedback, and evolving business goals.

• Visual Storytelling: Use design to communicate brand values and create emotional connections with our users.

Qualifications and Skills:

The Ideal Profile

• Experience: 2–5 years of dedicated mobile UI/UX design experience (SaaS or B2C preferred).

• Technical Toolkit: Expert proficiency in Figma (highly preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Portfolio: A strong body of work showcasing live or production-ready mobile applications.

• Education: B.Sc/HND in Design or Computer Science (notable portfolios are given higher weight).

Core Competencies

• Detail Obsession: An "eagle eye" for alignment, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

• Platform Literacy: Deep knowledge of native mobile gestures and navigation patterns.

• Collaborative Spirit: Experience working in an Agile environment alongside mobile engineers.
