Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Graphic Designer to translate complex brand narratives into visually compelling assets. In this role, you won't just follow briefs—you will partner with Client Service, Strategy, and Operations teams to solve business problems through design. Whether it’s a high-stakes client proposal, a digital campaign, or a large-scale experiential activation, you will be responsible for creating high-fidelity designs that align with project timelines and rigorous brand guidelines. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with a sharp eye for layout, typography, and color theory, capable of navigating a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Requirements:
1. Visual Storytelling & Conceptual Design
Brief Transformation: Interpret creative briefs and strategic objectives to produce high-quality visual concepts that resonate with target audiences.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure 100% alignment with brand identity guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual voice across all digital and print touchpoints.
Proposal Support: Collaborate with the Strategy team to design high-impact client decks, pitch presentations, and experiential activation mock-ups.
2. Multi-Channel Asset Production
Digital Media: Design optimized assets for social media (static and carousel), email marketing, web banners, and digital advertising.
Print & Experiential: Create print-ready files for large-format branding, brochures, and environmental graphics for events and activations.
Multimedia Innovation: Leverage basic motion graphics or video editing (where applicable) to enhance digital engagement and storytelling.
3. Operational Excellence & Collaboration
Cross-Functional Synergy: Work in lockstep with Client Service and Operations to ensure all designs are technically feasible and delivered on schedule.
File Governance: Maintain an organized archive of creative assets, ensuring correct naming conventions and version control.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous self-checks to ensure all deliverables are error-free and meet the highest production standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Tenure: 2–4 years of experience within a creative agency, in-house marketing department, or design studio.
Portfolio: A professional portfolio demonstrating mastery across digital, print, and experiential media is mandatory.
Technical & Creative Skills
Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Multimedia Tools: Familiarity with After Effects (Motion), Premiere Pro (Video), or Figma (UI/UX) is a significant advantage.
Foundational Knowledge: Deep understanding of typography, layout grids, color theory, and print production processes.
Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
