Job Description:
- We are seeking a Graduate Trainee – Media Research & Strategy to join our dynamic Research, Strategy, and Digital teams.
- This role provides hands-on experience in media research, audience insights, data analysis, and digital content performance across various platforms, including radio, digital, and podcasts.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Support the collection, organization, and analysis of audience data across radio, digital, and podcast platforms.
- Research Assistance: Assist with qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, audience feedback, and trend analysis.
- Reporting: Help prepare research reports, presentations, and insight decks for internal teams.
- Performance Tracking: Support data cleaning, validation, and performance reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
- KPI Monitoring: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for programs, campaigns, and digital initiatives.
- Podcast Support: Assist with podcast distribution and performance tracking.
- Media Planning Support: Provide research support for media planning, campaigns, and client pitches.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Programming, Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams on assigned projects.
Learning & Development:
- As a Graduate Trainee, you will:Gain practical experience in media research and audience analytics.
- Learn about radio programming strategy and performance measurement.
- Build strong reporting, presentation, and data management skills.
- Develop foundational knowledge in digital and podcast monetization.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in media, research, data, and digital content.
- Basic knowledge of radio, digital media, or podcasting is an advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of post-graduation experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Canva.
- Willingness to learn data and analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
