Job Description:
1. Sales & Market Acquisition
Product Promotion: Drive the adoption of consumer lending products, including personal loans, salary-backed loans, asset finance, and SME packages.
Lead Generation: Identify and onboard new high-quality customers through field marketing, direct sales, and strategic referrals.
Customer Education: Act as a financial advisor, educating clients on interest rates, repayment structures, and eligibility requirements.
2. Loan Processing & Credit Analysis
Documentation: Guide customers through the application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with internal standards.
Preliminary Profiling: Conduct initial credit checks and customer profiling to ensure "fit" before formal processing.
Workflow Tracking: Actively follow up on submitted applications to ensure speed-to-market and timely disbursement.
3. Portfolio Management & Recovery
Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Repayment Oversight: Support loan recovery efforts by monitoring repayment schedules and engaging with delinquent accounts to minimize risk.
Reporting: Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
Requirements:
The "Sales DNA": Strong interest in persuasion, negotiation, and hitting ambitious targets.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
Technical Literacy: Basic proficiency in MS Excel (for tracking sales) and Word.
Professionalism: A high level of integrity and a commitment to ethical lending practices.
Location Flexibility: Willingness to engage in field sales and meet customers in their business environments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: 0–2 years (Candidates currently serving in NYSC or who have recently completed service are encouraged to apply).
