Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and structurally elite Graduate Trainees to anchor the revenue engine of our organization within the Abuja FCT. In a specialized financial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the collection and the precision of the reconciliation success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize field-based operations with the clinical precision required for Revenue Monitoring, Data Management, and Leakage Identification. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect", specifically a high-potential graduate with a degree in Banking, Finance, or Accounting who can blend "Field Grit" (navigating Abuja’s key locations and engaging customers) with the "Analytical Agility" required to execute Performance Analysis and Corrective Action Recommendations.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Collection Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Collection: Assist in high-fidelity revenue collection and reconciliation processes, acting as the primary "Source of Capital Inflow."

  • Field Architecture: Conduct site visits to monitor and support revenue activities across Abuja, providing the "Structural Foundation" for territorial coverage.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Analytical Logic

  • Data Sovereignty: Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer data, acting as the primary "Source of Information Fidelity."

  • Mitigation Architecture: Identify and report revenue leakages while recommending corrective actions, providing the "Functional Foundation" for fiscal protection.

  • Analysis Stewardship: Support the preparation of revenue reports and performance analytics, maintaining the "Source of Evidence-Based Management."

3. Operational Integrity & Engagement Power

  • Engagement Sovereignty: Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with payment obligations, acting as the primary "Source of Relational Trust."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: HND or B.Sc. in Banking and Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: 0 – 1 year of experience (Graduate entry).

  • Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word); strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • Location Intelligence: Must be thoroughly familiar with Abuja and its key areas/locations.

  • Age Range: 24 – 28 years.
