Job Description:
We are seeking high-velocity and structurally elite Graduate Trainees to anchor the market-entry engine of our technology solutions. In a specialized SaaS and digital product landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the demo and the precision of the adoption success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize proactive prospecting with the clinical precision required for Product Demos, Client Engagement, and Go-To-Market Execution. This role is designed for a "Solution Architect", specifically an early-career professional with at least 1 year of experience (including NYSC) who can blend "Commercial Grit" (identifying and engaging potential clients) with the "Analytical Agility" required to support the Full Sales Cycle and Product Improvements.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Acquisition Governance
Sovereignty of the Lead: Identify and engage potential clients for tech solutions with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Adoption."
Presentation Architecture: Conduct high-fidelity product demos to prospective clients, providing the "Structural Foundation" for technical value proof.
Integrity Stewardship: Support the promotion of newly launched products, ensuring the "Source of Product Reputation" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Commercial Logic
Sales Cycle Sovereignty: Support the journey from prospecting to closing deals, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Momentum."
Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain high-level relationships with prospective clients, providing the "Functional Foundation" for long-term account growth.
Target Stewardship: Work toward achieving set monthly and quarterly sales objectives, maintaining the "Source of Commercial Accountability."
3. Operational Integrity & Collaboration Power
Feedback Sovereignty: Gather and synthesize customer feedback to support R&D, acting as the primary "Source of Product Refinement."
GTM Architecture: Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market activities, providing the "Relational Foundation" for synchronized product launches.
Velocity Logic: Utilize mentorship and specialized training to accelerate the "Demo-to-Deal" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Technological Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales or customer-facing roles (Internships or NYSC experience counts).
Technical Power: Strong interest in SaaS, Digital Products, and the tech ecosystem.
Location: Must be based in Lagos (Hybrid work model).
