Job Description:

  • Assist in preparing financial reports for property development and sales projects.
  • Support budget planning, cost monitoring, and expense control activities.
  • Help reconcile accounts, manage invoices, and track project expenditures.
  • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Learn to use accounting and financial management tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial modeling.
  • Aspiration to pursue professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA, or CFA).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Salary
