Job Description:
- Assist in preparing financial reports for property development and sales projects.
- Support budget planning, cost monitoring, and expense control activities.
- Help reconcile accounts, manage invoices, and track project expenditures.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Learn to use accounting and financial management tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial modeling.
- Aspiration to pursue professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA, or CFA).
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
