Job Description:

We are seeking exceptional Full Stack Engineers and Senior Full Stack Engineers to serve as defining architects of our global security platform. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will not just be writing code; you will be building the foundational trust layers for enterprise infrastructure.

This role is designed for engineers who thrive at the intersection of developer experience and hardcore security. Over the next 18 months, as we scale toward massive market adoption, you will have end-to-end ownership of major platform segments—from dynamic secret rotation to secure private gateways. Requirements:

1. Full Stack Engineering & Core Architecture

• Platform Foundation: Build and optimize core platform features using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript, ensuring high performance and a seamless developer experience.

• Technical Roadmap: Collaborate directly with the CTO to make high-stakes technical decisions and establish the long-term architectural vision.

• Product Innovation: Transition specialized security concepts—such as Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Secure SSH Access—into production-ready tools.

2. Security Protocol & Infrastructure Innovation

• Secret Governance: Develop and implement strategies for dynamic secret rotation, ensuring that sensitive credentials are never static and vulnerable.

• Access Control: Engineer secure gateways to private resources, balancing "Zero Trust" security principles with low-latency access.

• DevOps Synergy: Utilize experience with Go and developer tools to streamline the deployment and management of safety-critical security systems.

3. Enterprise Engagement & Scaling

• Customer-Centric Engineering: Interface directly with enterprise users to translate high-level security requirements into scalable software features.

• Startup Velocity: Maintain a "proactive-first" mindset, taking calculated risks to ship fast while maintaining the uncompromising integrity required for security products.

• Peer Leadership: Act as a technical mentor within a high-transparency team environment, fostering a culture of curiosity and extreme ownership.

Qualifications and Skills:

Technical Profile

• Mastery: Deep, production-level proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Preferred Tools: Experience with Go is a significant advantage.

• Background: Previous founder experience or early-stage startup history is highly valued.

• Domain Knowledge: Experience with DevOps, developer tools (CLI/SDKs), or open-source community contributions.
