Job Description:
Client & Guest Relations
Concierge Excellence: Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and patients with a polite, sophisticated, and professional demeanor.
Communication Management: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and electronic inquiries with clarity and confidence.
Information Authority: Provide accurate, clear, and timely information to visitors, ensuring all inquiries are resolved efficiently.
Discretion: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and organizational ethics at all times.
Operations & Administration
Appointment Management: Accurately schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to ensure a seamless flow of operations.
Records & Logs: Maintain meticulous documentation, visitor logs, and front-desk records.
Internal Coordination: Partner with internal teams to facilitate smooth daily workflows and handle administrative tasks as assigned.
Environment Maintenance: Ensure the reception area remains pristine, organized, and reflects our corporate standards at all times.
Requirements:
Intellectual Rigor: Highly intelligent, proactive, and a quick-thinker capable of working with minimal supervision.
Communication: Exceptional command of spoken and written English; characterized by a soft-spoken, polite, and confident style.
Presence & Grooming: Impeccable dress sense and a well-groomed, pleasant appearance suitable for a high-profile corporate role.
Emotional Intelligence: High EQ with the ability to remain calm, professional, and friendly under pressure.
Reliability: A strong character with a deep commitment to punctuality, consistency, and service excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in a front-facing, receptionist, or customer relations role.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office hardware.
