Job Description:
We are seeking a poised, articulate, and highly organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the face of our fashion house. In this role, you will be the primary curator of the client experience, ensuring that every visitor—from walk-in prospects to long-standing bespoke clients—receives a luxury, high-touch service. Beyond reception, you will act as a critical coordinator, managing designer calendars, scheduling fittings, and maintaining the showroom’s visual excellence. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for fashion, a warm personality, and the administrative precision required to keep a fast-paced studio running seamlessly.
Requirements:
1. Luxury Client Experience & Fitting Coordination
Bespoke Concierge: Warmly welcome clients and manage the end-to-end appointment process for designers and tailors.
Fitting Orchestration: Coordinate complex fitting schedules, ensuring that client measurements and design requirements are accurately logged and communicated to the production team.
Inquiry Management: Act as a brand ambassador across all communication channels, including WhatsApp, social media DMs, email, and phone, maintaining a sophisticated brand tone.
2. Studio Operations & Showroom Stewardship
Visual Standards: Ensure the front desk, waiting lounge, and showroom remain immaculate and presentable, reflecting the brand’s aesthetic at all times.
Administrative Flow: Maintain an up-to-date client database (CRM) and prepare daily reports on studio visits and sales performance.
Financial Support: Handle basic Point of Sale (POS) operations and cash management with high accuracy and integrity.
3. Relationship Management & Brand Image
Etiquette Leadership: Consistently uphold the fashion house's standards of etiquette, attire, and professional image.
Client Retention: Drive repeat business through proactive follow-ups, managing client birth-dates, and personalized relationship management.
Issue Resolution: Handle client feedback and complaints with grace, escalating sensitive matters to management when necessary to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Tenure: 1–3 years of experience in a luxury front desk, high-end retail, or fashion studio environment.
Industry Knowledge: A solid grasp of fashion terminology, fabric types, and garment sizing is a distinct advantage.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a polished and confident delivery.
Core Competencies
Presentation: Impeccably groomed and presentable, embodying the brand's style and culture.
Organization: A detail-oriented multitasker who can manage a busy reception while staying calm under pressure.
Discretion: Ability to handle high-profile client information with the utmost confidentiality and trust.
