Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber and commercially aggressive General Manager to lead our business operations in Lagos. In the high-velocity Advertising and Marketing Communication sector, success is defined by "Operational Synergy", the ability to harmonize creative functions, client services, and financial management into a single, profit-driven engine. This role is designed for an "Agency Architect" with 5–10 years of experience in a General Manager capacity who can blend "Creative Vision" with the "Analytical Grit" required to optimize agency productivity and scale market share.

Your mission is to ensure "Optimal Organizational Growth and Absolute Fiscal Integrity." You will be the primary steward of our business unit: responsible for developing growth strategies, managing key executive reports, and analyzing financial data to drive strategic pivots. If you possess "Leadership Prowess," a background in Advertising/MarComms, and reside within the Ikeja axis, we want you to drive our operational excellence.

Requirements:

1. Operational Architecture & Growth Strategy

• Growth Engineering: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies aimed at increasing market penetration and agency revenue.

• Functional Coordination: Oversee the daily operations of all business units, ensuring that Creative, Media, and Account Management departments are aligned with corporate objectives.

• Tactical Programming: Translate long-term organizational goals into actionable tactical programs, ensuring that every department has a clear roadmap for execution.

2. Performance Governance & Leadership

• Executive Management: Provide direct management and mentorship to key functional managers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

• KPI Orchestration: Coordinate the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all direct reports, ensuring that productivity is measured against global agency standards.

• Productivity Evaluation: Continuously analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks in the creative or administrative pipeline and implement corrective measures.

3. Financial Intelligence & Resource Stewardship

• Fiscal Analysis: Deep-dive into accounting and financial data to monitor agency health, manage margins, and ensure optimal resource allocation.

• Organizational Mastery: Utilize outstanding time management and organizational skills to handle the complex multitasking required in a top-tier marketing firm.

• Meticulous Oversight: Ensure a "Zero-Error" environment regarding client deliverables and internal reporting, maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Domain Expertise: A proven background in Advertising and Marketing Communication is mandatory.

• Experience: 5–10 years in a General Manager role.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields (A Master’s Degree is considered a significant advantage).

• Location: Preference will be given to applicants residing in Ikeja and its environs.
