Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and ethically grounded HR/Admin Officer to anchor our core business operations. In a high-growth environment, success is defined by "Administrative Fluidity", the ability to maintain meticulous employee records while simultaneously ensuring that the physical and logistical office environment supports peak productivity. This role is designed for a "Multifunctional Specialist" with 2–4 years of experience who can blend "HR Compliance" with the "Logistical Grit" required to manage facilities and supplies.
Your mission is to ensure "Optimal Staff Lifecycle Management and Seamless Office Infrastructure." You will be the central point of coordination: responsible for everything from onboarding new talent to managing vendor-driven maintenance and administrative reporting. If you possess "Discretionary Integrity," proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a talent for multitasking, we want you to drive our operational excellence.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Leadership & Process Engineering
Workflow Architecture: Analyze and re-engineer existing internal processes to support rapid scalability and operational efficiency across remote and hybrid teams.
SOP Governance: Develop and maintain high-fidelity Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational manuals that serve as the organization's "Source of Truth."
Cross-Functional Synergy: Lead initiatives between Product, Engineering, and Support teams to enhance productivity and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
2. Project Management & Technology Deployment
Execution Oversight: Lead the planning and delivery of technology-driven projects, ensuring that OneVERIFY deployments meet rigorous quality standards and milestones.
Risk Mitigation: Implement proactive risk management strategies to identify and neutralize operational bottlenecks or technical challenges before they impact delivery.
Milestone Integrity: Coordinate with engineering leads to ensure that software releases and platform updates are aligned with operational readiness.
3. Compliance, Partnerships & Data Intelligence
Regulatory Stewardship: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to data privacy laws, RegTech frameworks, and internal security policies.
Vendor & Stakeholder Diplomacy: Manage relationships with government partners and external vendors, negotiating contracts and monitoring Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
Analytical Reporting: Maintain executive-level dashboards and performance metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making and project adjustments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in operations management, specifically within Technology, SaaS, or Fintech environments.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Digital Identity platforms, RegTech, and automated technology workflows.
