We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced and strategic Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s transportation and logistics operations.
• The ideal candidate will ensure the effective utilization, maintenance, and performance of all fleet assets while driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and manage the daily operations of the company’s fleet and logistics functions.
• Develop and implement fleet management policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Plan and optimize vehicle routes, utilization, and cost control measures.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and insurance renewals to minimize downtime.
• Manage and evaluate fleet staff performance, including drivers and logistics personnel.
• Monitor fuel consumption, trip records, and vehicle performance using GPS and fleet management systems.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and analyze periodic reports on fleet performance, maintenance costs, and operational effectiveness.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to ensure seamless logistics support.
• Forecast and manage fleet budget, procurement needs, and asset replacement plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in fleet management.
• In-depth understanding of vehicle tracking systems, transport compliance, and maintenance management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
