Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptionally competent and highly disciplined Finance and Administrative Manager to serve as the strategic backbone of our Abuja operations. This is a senior-level position requiring a rare blend of technical financial expertise, rigorous operational control, and administrative leadership.

In this role, you will be responsible for the total oversight of financial governance, statutory compliance, and internal administrative systems. You will lead the charge in strengthening our institutional frameworks, ensuring they are robust, transparent, and scalable. Requirements:

1. Strategic Financial Governance

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead high-level budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure long-term fiscal health.

  • Internal Controls: Design and enforce sophisticated internal control systems and risk mitigation frameworks to protect organizational assets.

  • Reporting Excellence: Deliver meticulous monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that provide senior leadership with a clear roadmap for decision-making.

2. Regulatory Compliance & Fiscal Stewardship

  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to Nigerian tax regulations, statutory requirements, and international financial reporting standards.

  • Payroll & Reconciliation: Oversee the integrity of payroll processing, vendor payments, and complex financial reconciliations.

  • Audit Readiness: Maintain a continuous state of audit-readiness through rigorous documentation and flawless record-keeping.

3. Administrative Leadership & Systems Management

  • Operational Oversight: Supervise the daily administrative engine, including asset management, logistics, and the optimization of office systems.

  • Procurement Governance: Manage procurement cycles and vendor documentation, ensuring transparency and value-for-money in line with internal policies.

  • Institutional Strengthening: Continuously evaluate and improve administrative workflows to enhance overall organizational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in senior financial management and administration.

  • Technical IQ: Mastery of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Sage) and advanced financial management systems.

  • Compliance Track Record: Demonstrable experience in establishing internal controls within structured, compliance-driven environments.
