- We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Admin / Customer Service Officer to manage front-desk operations and support daily administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers professionally and courteously
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and walk-in clients
- Maintain accurate customer and office records
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth front-office operations
Requirements:
- HND / BSc Degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Customer-oriented and detail-conscious.
