Job Description:

  • We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Admin / Customer Service Officer to manage front-desk operations and support daily administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers professionally and courteously
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and walk-in clients
  • Maintain accurate customer and office records
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Ensure smooth front-office operations

Requirements:

  • HND / BSc Degree
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Customer-oriented and detail-conscious.
