Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Branch Manager to take full ownership of the operations, performance, and profitability of our local office. In this role, you will be the primary driver of growth, serving as both a strategic leader and a hands-on manager of people and processes.

You will be responsible for translating high-level corporate goals into daily wins, ensuring that your team is motivated, your customers are satisfied, and your branch hits its revenue targets. Requirements:
1. Commercial Growth & Financial Stewardship
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute localized strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
Profitability Management: Monitor the branch's financial health, managing budgets and expenses while identifying new business opportunities within the region.
Data-Driven Reporting: Maintain precise records and prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior management review.
2. Operational Excellence & Compliance
Workflow Optimization: Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow that adheres to the highest company standards.
Risk & Compliance: Ensure that all branch activities strictly follow company policies, internal procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Issue Resolution: Act as the final point of escalation for operational bottlenecks or complex customer complaints, resolving them with speed and professionalism.
3. People Leadership & Service Standards
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team. Conduct regular performance evaluations and foster a culture of accountability.
Customer Experience: Set the standard for service delivery, ensuring that every customer interaction aligns with our brand’s commitment to excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, with a track record of meeting commercial KPIs.
Technical IQ: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with modern business management systems (ERP/CRM).
