The company was transformed into a technology-driven platform under the leadership of Edwin's son, Chidi Ajaere, after he took over administration in 2010. Since rebranding to GIG Mobility, the company has expanded its services beyond buses to include technology-powered solutions and expanded into countries like Ghana.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Sell bus tickets at GIGM terminals to walk-in guests
- Make and/or change travel reservations for walk-in guests using the online booking system
- Create and maintain guest reservation records
- Resolve service problems by clarifying the guest's complaint via phone, email, and in person
- Forward booking/travelling reschedule request to the concerned unit
- Serve guests by providing service information related to the travel schedule, fare, &payment
- Announce arrival and departure information using the public address system
- Assist in guest luggage check-in
- Ensure customer complaints & emergency concerns are escalated to the appropriate quarters
- Adhere to the company’s policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.
- Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly & helpful to guests, managers & fellow employees.
- Promote the online booking, app downloads and other products and services of the company to customers

Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience.
