Job Description:
- Work collaboratively with plant management to develop objectives and development goals that will create accountability and drive strong business results. Support management with coaching techniques for hourly employees.
- Provide expertise to Plant on leadership development, performance management, change management, resource planning
- Oversee employee relations and handle grievances
- Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Oversee on-boarding and orientation programs
- Support health and safety initiatives.
Requirements:
- B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing factory
- 7 years of HR experience
- Proficiency in HR software like SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
Salary
