Job Description:

• The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver shipping and clearing projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• This role ensures seamless execution of client consignments, regulatory compliance, and coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage shipping and clearing projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate customs documentation, port operations, freight forwarding, and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with customs authorities, shipping lines, terminal operators, and clients.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company SOPs.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to management and clients.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalations promptly.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and turnaround time.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of port operations and customs clearance processes.
• PMP or other project management certification is an added advantage.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years experience in shipping, clearing, or logistics project management.
