Job Description:

• Supervise facility operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and security
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance schedules
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and service reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in facility supervision or building maintenance
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of safety standards and building systems
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Must be computer literateand able to use basic office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
