Job Description:

• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery and equipment.
• Develop operational frameworks and SOPs in alignment with industry best practices.
• Lead recruitment and training of key operational and technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including NAFDAC, SON, and environmental standards.
• Establish inventory control, production schedules, and safety protocols.
• Manage Facility operations post-commissioning, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Report on Facility performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Facility management, preferably in the water/beverages or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
• Proven experience in setting up and running a production facility is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, Planning and Team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory and safety standards in Nigeria’s Water Production and manufacturing sector.
