Job Description:
- Oversee daily facility operations across assigned properties.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure buildings meet safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Plan and manage facility-related budgets and expenditures.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts such as cleaners, technicians and security.
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and repairs.
- Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and safety procedures.
- Support property management team in ensuring optimal occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Estate Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–4 years’ experience in facility or property management (preferably in real estate).
- Good knowledge of building maintenance, safety regulations, and vendor management.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties.
- Proximity to Ikoyi or its environs is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Experience managing multiple sites.
**Please note**: This is an Office-based role with regular site visits. May require on-call availability for emergencies.
Salary
