We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are hiring an Estate Supervisor to manage daily estate operations and ensure the smooth running of all facilities.
- The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance activities, supervise facility staff, liaise with vendors, enforce estate policies, and ensure the environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Requirements:
- ND / HND / B.Sc. in Estate Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Additional certifications (e.g., HSE, Facility Management) are an advantage.
Requirements
- Age Range: 30 - 45 years
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Facility Manager or Estate Supervisor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of facility maintenance
- Ability to handle issues promptly
- Good organisational skills.
