We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are hiring an Estate Supervisor to manage daily estate operations and ensure the smooth running of all facilities.
• The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance activities, supervise facility staff, liaise with vendors, enforce estate policies, and ensure the environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

• ND / HND / B.Sc. in Estate Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Additional certifications (e.g., HSE, Facility Management) are an advantage.

Requirements

• Age Range: 30 - 45 years
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Facility Manager or Estate Supervisor
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of facility maintenance
• Ability to handle issues promptly
• Good organisational skills.
