We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across assigned facilities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating professional cleaning equipment—such as industrial scrubbing machines, vacuum cleaners, and polishing tools—while ensuring that all cleaning staff deliver high-quality, efficient, and safe service.
• This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and deep knowledge of modern cleaning practices and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure all areas are cleaned to company and industry standards.
• Train, mentor, and monitor team members on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including auto-scrubbers, industrial vacuum cleaners, polishers, extractors, ride-on machines, and other specialized tools.
• Assign daily tasks and schedules, ensuring proper coverage of all areas.
• Inspect cleaned areas regularly and document quality checks.
• Provide hands-on support during deep cleaning, floor care, and high-priority tasks.
• Ensure all cleaning chemicals and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
• Report maintenance needs, defective equipment, or supply shortages promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and PPE.
• Liaise with management and clients to communicate progress, challenges, and service updates.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2–5 years) in a cleaning supervisory role.
• Strong hands-on experience with professional cleaning equipment: scrubbing machines, vacuum cleaners, polishers, extractors, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise staff effectively.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or shifts when required.
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and handling equipment
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and chemical handling procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supervising large cleaning teams.
• Certification in industrial cleaning or facility maintenance (added advantage).
• Previous experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality cleaning environments.
