Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Director's Personal Assistant to anchor the strategic engine of the Director's office in Abuja. In a specialized leadership landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the feedback loop and the precision of the resource allocation success is defined by "Strategic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex executive priorities with the clinical precision required for Outcome Tracking, Decision Support, and Stakeholder Engagement. This role is designed for a "Governance Architect", specifically a professional with 5+ years of experience supporting CEOs or Senior Executives who can blend "Diplomatic Grit" (providing clear feedback and managing diverse teams) with the "Strategic Agility" required to exercise delegated power with humility and integrity.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Decision Governance
Inquiry Sovereignty: Systematically structure and rank critical matters, acting as the primary "Source of Decision Readiness" for the Director.
Outcome Architecture: Track and report feedback from accountable parties on agreed decisions and actions, providing the "Structural Foundation" for executive oversight.
Integrity Stewardship: Embodiment of discretion and trust, ensuring the "Source of Executive Confidentiality" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Stakeholder Logic
Engagement Sovereignty: Support the Director in high-level meetings and build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Alignment."
Follow-up Architecture: Facilitate the completion of strategic initiatives by engaging with functional and program staff, providing the "Functional Foundation" for engagement continuity.
