Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Personal Assistant to anchor the operational engine of the Managing Director/Chairman. In the specialized landscape of Abuja’s executive circles where organizational momentum is dictated by the efficiency of the leadership's calendar success is defined by "Strategic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex schedules with the clinical precision required for Travel Logistics, Stakeholder Liaison, and Confidential Correspondence. This role is designed for a "Governance Architect" with 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Tactical Grit" (managing high-pressure appointments and driving) with the "Diplomatic Agility" required to represent the Chairman to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Schedule Orchestration & Logistics Governance
Calendar Sovereignty: Manage the Chairman’s appointments and travel arrangements with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Time Optimization."
Logistics Architecture: Coordinate journeys and ensure vehicle readiness (Ability to Drive), providing the "Structural Foundation" for the MD’s mobility and punctuality.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters, ensuring the "Source of Executive Trust" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Communication Logic
Correspondence Sovereignty: Handle high-level communications and draft reports, acting as the primary "Source of Narrative Clarity."
Liaison Architecture: Coordinate with internal teams and external clients on behalf of the Chairman, providing the "Functional Foundation" for stakeholder engagement.
Meeting Stewardship: Take minutes and ensure follow-up on all action points, maintaining the "Source of Project Momentum."
3. Operational Integrity & Research Power
Research Sovereignty: Conduct deep-dive research and prepare briefing materials as required, acting as the primary "Source of Executive Preparedness."
Administrative Architecture: Utilize Microsoft Office and digital tools to manage documentation, providing the "Relational Foundation" for organized decision-making.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of EA expertise to prioritize tasks and resolve scheduling conflicts in real-time, maximizing the "Source of MD Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Experience: 3 – 5 years as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant at a senior level.
Domain Power: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital productivity tools.
Technical Skill: Must possess the ability to Drive a Vehicle.
