Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Secretary to anchor the operational engine of our Maryland-based facility. In a specialized professional landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of reporting and the precision of the database success is defined by "Administrative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex scheduling with the clinical precision required for Payroll Management, Performance Evaluations, and Client Liaison. This role is designed for an "Administrative Architect" with a Bachelor’s Degree/HND and 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Clerical Grit" (preparing minutes and daily reports) with the "Strategic Agility" required to discuss sensitive client health status with parents and stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Documentation Governance

  • Reporting Sovereignty: Prepare and check daily reports with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Transparency."

  • Evaluation Architecture: Proofread, edit, and sign out performance evaluations, providing the "Structural Foundation" for human capital quality control.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Prepare accurate minutes of meetings, ensuring the "Source of Corporate Memory" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Resource Logic

  • Database Sovereignty: Maintain high-fidelity databases for both staff and clients, acting as the primary "Source of Data Integrity."

  • Financial Architecture: Manage payroll workflows with clinical precision, providing the "Functional Foundation" for staff compensation and satisfaction.

  • Scheduling Stewardship: Coordinate meetings for staff and prospective clients, maintaining the "Source of Organizational Velocity."

3. Operational Integrity & Liaison Power

  • Communication Sovereignty: Discuss client health status with parents whenever necessary, acting as the primary "Source of Compassionate Professionalism."

  • Liaison Architecture: Act as the central hub between management, staff, and clients, providing the "Relational Foundation" for seamless facility operations.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of administrative expertise to resolve scheduling conflicts in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Office Throughput" in Maryland.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification.

  • Experience: 3 – 5 years of proven experience in a secretarial or high-level administrative role.

  • Software Power: High proficiency in database management and document editing tools.

  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent command of English, and high emotional intelligence.
