Multipro Consumer Products Limited is the largest company in Nigeria dealing in Sales, Haulage and Logistics. MCPL was founded in 1996 as a fully owned company of the Tolaram Group. The first product sold by MCPL in 1996 was Indomie and since then it has played a seminal role in making Indomie a household brand in Nigeria. MCPL over the years has grown adding 13 brands in various categories comprising of Noodle, Snacks, Milk, Cereal, Oil, Homecare and Personal Hygiene.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Responsible for interacting with salesmen, their line managers, and all other stakeholders to swiftly correct any issues on the Mplify tool, Power BI, and any other software used in the organization.
- Generate, run, and analyse reports on data collected from salesmen using the existing tools: Mplify, Power BI, etc., as and when required by the management for decision making.
- Furnish actionable data to the sales department, learning and development, and other departments for decision making, accurate Mplify usage,and efficiency improvement.
- Conduct periodic market visits to ensure the Mplify application is functioning as it should be for the end users and record the issues encountered in the field and ensure their proper resolution.
- Troubleshoot and escalate with the backend teams on any technical glitch experienced in the usage of the application, and communicate all solutions timely and proactively manner to the intended and/or affected user.
- Have a full knowledge of salesmen's incentive calculation and ensure all inputs are timely uploaded and recorded & provide an incentive slip whenever necessary.
- Roll out, implementation of new features of any of the applications to salesmen, and delivering quality and technical training to end users.
- Liaise with the sales team, finance & logistics team in monitoring and ensuring all primary sales orders raised and their invoices are successfully generated without any technical glitch.
- Assist the sales team in ensuring smooth operation across all businesses by ensuring complete and accurate data is inputted at the backend.
- Assist in onboarding salesman to SFA application and proper management of the reporting manager hierarchy. Also, ensure immediate removal of exited staff from the application.
- Assist the sales team in the creation, design, and management of route plans across all businesses based on the needs and market peculiarities. Also monitor salesmen to ensure adherence.
- Ensure complete and comprehensive documentation of all issues and tasks on the helpdesk.
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree /HND in Statistics, Computer Science, IT-related courses, and must have completed the mandatory NYSC programme.
- Prior experience of working in SFA or data analytics with a comprehensive knowledge of SFA processes and procedures will be a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Presentation.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skillsMust be tech savvy and be able to deliver technical training.
- Strong communication, writing, and team management skills.
- Focus on troubleshooting and complete issue resolution.
- Available to travel as needed.
- Interest in driving sales and undying team playing skills.
