About Company:

Citimobile Media Limited is a Nigerian-based out-of-home (OOH) advertising and 360 marketing communications company. We're headquartered in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (social media, search, display, email)
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns including Google Ads and programmatic advertising
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as primary point of contact for digital strategy matters
• Analyze campaign performance data and generate comprehensive reports with actionable insights
• Develop content strategy and maintain brand voice consistency across all digital channels
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Present strategies and performance insights to clients and stakeholders
• Stay current on digital marketing trends and platform updates

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and programmatic advertising
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools
• Project management and campaign management capabilities
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong client management and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong planning capabilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Data-driven decision maker with creative thinking
• Team collaboration and leadership skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing strategy and execution
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, programmatic advertising, and paid media platforms
• Proven experience in content strategy and planning
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
