Job Description:

• Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.
• Oversee all digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across all social media platforms to increase engagement and following.
• Lead brand-building initiatives to enhance brand recognition, consistency, and reputation.
• Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant digital content across platforms.
• Analyze and report on digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ROI.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing messages and campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to inform digital strategy.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Oversee website content updates, performance tracking, and conversion optimization.
• Build and manage relationships with digital agencies, influencers, and other marketing partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 3–5 years) in digital marketing management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email automation, and web analytics.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong creative thinking and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
