Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and online advertising.
• Plan and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
• Create engaging and compelling content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Optimize digital campaigns for better ROI and performance.
• Manage marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to support business growth.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years proven experience in digital marketing or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp/Hootsuite/Buffer.
• Basic understanding of WordPress or website content management systems.
• Strong copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for results.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines.
