Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy and results-oriented Marketing Executive to anchor our growth initiatives in Port Harcourt. In a dynamic regional hub, success is defined by "Market Resonance", the ability to translate corporate goals into localized campaigns that capture attention and drive action. This role is designed for a "Growth Catalyst" with 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Creative Campaign Planning" with the "Analytical Grit" required to track ROI and support the sales pipeline.
Your mission is to ensure "Consistent Brand Presence and Systematic Lead Acquisition." You will be a core driver of our market footprint: responsible for orchestrating digital and physical campaigns, conducting competitive research, and managing our social media ecosystem. If you possess "Proactive Negotiation Skills," a background in Marketing or Business, and a track record of meeting performance targets, we want you to drive our market leadership.
Requirements:
1. Campaign Orchestration & Digital Presence
Integrated Marketing: Plan and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with corporate objectives and local market trends.
Digital Stewardship: Manage social media platforms and digital marketing assets, ensuring a consistent brand voice and high engagement rates.
Promotional Execution: Organize and oversee promotional activities, exhibitions, and events to increase physical brand visibility across Rivers State.
2. Market Intelligence & Lead Synergy
Opportunity Mapping: Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging customer needs, competitive shifts, and new business niches.
Sales Support: Act as a bridge between marketing and sales, utilizing campaign data to generate high-quality leads for the conversion team.
Network Expansion: Identify and engage potential customers through proactive outreach and professional negotiation.
3. Performance Analytics & Reporting

Qualifications and Skills:
