We are seeking a high-energy and visually gifted Content Creator / Social Media Manager to drive our digital footprint. In the luxury and commercial real estate market, success is defined by "Aspiration Architecture", the ability to transform physical properties into compelling digital narratives that inspire trust and urgency. This role is designed for a "Visual Storyteller" with at least 1 year of experience who can blend "Cinematic Video Production" with the "Analytical Grit" required to turn social media engagement into qualified sales leads.

Your mission is to ensure "Peak Brand Desirability and Systematic Lead Generation." You will be the primary architect of our online identity: responsible for producing high-quality property tours, managing multi-platform growth, and executing content calendars that align with our sales targets. If you possess "Creative Mastery," proficiency in CapCut and Canva, and a track record of growing digital communities, we want you to drive our market dominance.

Requirements:

1. Multimedia Asset Production & Property Advocacy

• Cinematic Content Creation: Produce high-quality photos, short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), and graphic designs that highlight the unique value propositions of our real estate portfolio.

• Property Storytelling: Develop creative campaigns that go beyond "listing specs" to showcase the lifestyle, community, and investment potential of our developments.

• Technical Editing: Utilize mobile and desktop tools to craft polished, trend-aware content that stops the scroll and encourages sharing.

2. Platform Sovereignty & Community Management

• Multi-Channel Governance: Manage and optimize the company’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring brand consistency in voice and visuals.

• Engagement-to-Lead Mapping: Actively monitor comments and direct messages, responding to inquiries with professional poise to move followers down the sales funnel.

• Trend Integration: Stay ahead of algorithm shifts and viral audio trends, adapting our real estate marketing strategies to maintain high organic reach.

3. Strategic Planning & Performance Analytics
