Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy and data-driven Digital Marketer to anchor our online presence and drive product engagement. In a "Digital-First" marketplace, success is defined by "Visibility & Conversion Integration", the ability to harmonize SEO, paid advertising, and content strategy into a single growth engine. This role is designed for a "Platform Orchestrator" with at least six months of experience who can blend "Creative Content Development" with the "Analytical Rigor" required to manage Google Ads, conduct SEO audits, and optimize ROI.

Your mission is to ensure "Market Dominance across Search and Social Ecosystems." You will be the primary steward of our digital voice: responsible for executing segmented email campaigns, managing multi-platform advertising, and leveraging Google Analytics to provide actionable performance insights. Whether you are working Hybrid or Freelance, we are looking for a marketer with a "Track Record of Results" and a portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of the digital craft.

Requirements:

1. Search & Paid Acquisition (SEM/SEO)

  • Search Dominance: Plan and execute all Web, SEO, and Display advertising campaigns, ensuring the company remains at the top of relevant search results.

  • Audit & Optimization: Conduct regular SEO audits of company websites and implement best practices to improve organic rankings and site health.

  • PPC Management: Create, publish, and optimize Google Ads to capture high-intent traffic and maximize lead generation.

2. Content Strategy & Social Influence

  • Narrative Architecture: Develop and implement a robust social media marketing strategy that fosters engagement and strengthens brand loyalty.

  • Segmented Outreach: Design and execute email marketing campaigns tailored to different client segments, ensuring high open and conversion rates.

  • Multi-Format Content: Support content development across video (YouTube), graphics, and copy, ensuring a consistent and professional brand message.

3. Analytics & Strategic Growth

  • KPI Governance: Measure and report the performance of all digital campaigns, assessing them against ROI and KPI goals to inform future spending.

  • Trend Intelligence: Research emerging digital marketing trends and provide strategic recommendations for scaling the company’s online footprint.

  • Agency Diplomacy: Liaise and build productive relationships with external media and digital advertising agencies to amplify campaign reach.
